我国中小企业融资租赁问题研究 姓　　名 　　号 专　　业 指导教师 年月关键词： Abstract Since the reform and open policy, our countrys small and medium-sized enterprise is playing the more and more vital role in promoting the growth of the national economy and the economic development. It has become the important component in the national economy of our country. But the shortage of fund is the chief obstacle which always persecutes the development of it. The traditional financing way like borrow the money from the bank and so on is becoming very difficult because of the information dissymmetry. Therefore, we must discuss the new financing way to alleviate the problem of financing which exists in our small and medium-sized enterprise. Finance lease is the reality choice to solve this question .On the basis of the theories which have been studied by predecessors, this article adopts the method of standard study to conclude the current situation and reasons of financing difficulty which exists in our country’s small and medium-sized enterprise. Then it discusses the financing way of finance lease. As an innovation product, finance lease has the unique superiority which other financing way doesn’t have, for example: the union between financing and adjusting goods, the convenient financing procedure, the function of financial leverage and so on. But as the finance lease industry of our country is not very advanced, it constrained the financing of the small and medium-sized enterprise to some extent which use the finance lease. So it need further consummate. The end of the article analysis the measures which we should adopt to develop the finance lease and improve the financing environment of the small and medium enterprise. The implementation of those measures will support the development of the finance lease industry and solute the problem of financing of the small and medium enterprise.
