《文学文体学》教学大纲 教研室主任：王莉 执笔人：许红艳 一、课程基本信息 开课单位：外国语学院英语系 课程名称：文学文体学 课程编号：011008212 英文名称：Literary Stylistics 课程类型：方向限选课 总 学 时： ３２ 学 分：２ 开设专业：英语专业 先修课程：无 二、课程任务目标 《文学文体学》是英语语言文学专业学生的一门选修课程。 根据2000年教育部批准实施的《高等学校英语专业英语教学大纲》，英语专业的学生需要了解人类语言研究的丰富成果，提高对语言的社会、人文、经济、科技以及个人修养等方面重要性的认识，培养语言意识，发展理性思维。 从考察对象来分，文体学可分为普通文体学和文学文体学两个分支。本课程将专注研究文学文体学，将专门分析文学作品的语言和语境特征。语言特征的分析将在四个层面上进行：语音层面、词汇层面、句法层面与语篇层面。语境特征主要涉及上下文、社会文化环境、共有知识等。 三、教学内容和要求 1st week Introduction Topic: A Brief Introduction to Literary Stylistics Teaching Objectives: To have the students get a general idea of Literary Stylistics, illustrate the purpose, the content, time arrangement, requirements and relevant reading materials of this course. Teaching Focus: 1. What is stylistics? 2. Linguistics and literature 3. How to evaluate the effects of style? 4. General stylistics and Literary stylistics Teaching Procedures: Step 1. Introduction：The importance and content of this course. Step 2. Presentation the definition and function of Literary Stylistics the important definitions in this course relevant readings requirements for the students Step 3. Homework review of what has been illustrated to think about the relationship between linguistics and literature Reflections: A clear and interesting introduction is important in that it can stimulate the students’ interest in learning this course. 2nd week Three Views on Style Topic: Three Views on Style Teaching Objectives: To have the students get a clear idea of Literary Stylistics, illustrate its three basic views on style.
