George Gordon Byron (1788 –1824) ???Byron was born in 1788 in London and died of fever in 1824 in Greece. He was a British poet and a leading figure in the Romantic movement. Among Byrons best-known works are the brief poems She Walks in Beauty and When We Two Parted, in addition to the narrative poem Don Juan. He is regarded as one of the greatest British poets and remains widely read and influential.
