玉林师范学院本科生毕业论文 农村初中教师工作积极性激励策略研究 Study on The Strategies to Stimulate of rural Junior high School Teachers’Working Motivation 农村初中教师工作积极性激励策略研究 院 系教育科学学院专 业教育学班 级教育学2010级姓 名蒙俏霞学 号201013410157指导教师单位教育科学学院指导教师姓名唐彰新指导教师职称副教授  教育学2010级 蒙俏霞 指导教师 唐彰新 摘要 初中教育是基础中的基础，初中教师是学生身心发展中的重要他人。农村初中教师作为学校教育教学工作的重要力量，在学校的教育教学工作中承担着重要的角色。教师工作积极性，教师的教育教学质量将直接影响着学生今后的学习和生活。加之现在教师工作积极性不高，教师职业倦怠现象突出，教育部门重视农村初中教师的工作积极性，提高农村初中教师的教育教学质量迫在眉睫。本文从实证研究着手，调查了农村初中教师工作积极性现状，分析存在问题的原因，然后分别从教师角度和学校角度提出了激发农村初中教师工作积极性的策略：从教师角度，满足教师合理的物质需要和精神需要；从学校角度，领导要加强学习，为教师树立榜样；对教师实施目标管理，增强教师的责任感；对教师的激励具有应变性。 关键词：农村初中教师，工作积极性，激励，激励策略  Study on The Strategies to Stimulate of rural Junior high School Teachers’Working Motivation Pedagogy 2010 Mengqiaoxia Supervisor Tang zhangxin Abstract Secondary education is the basis of the education, and teachers of junior high school are very important persons in the process of physical and mental development of students. What’s more, teachers’ motivation and their teaching quality will directly affect students learning ability and their feature life. However, nowadays, teacher’s working enthusiasm is very low, and the teacher burnout has become a prominent phenomenon .Therefore, the junior high school should pay more attention to raise their teachers’ working enthusiasm and to improve those teachers’ quality of teaching. Through?empirical?research, this thesis investigates and analyzes the?status of junior high school teachers?working enthusiasm?.The author analyzed the causes of the above problems, then from the perspective of teachers and schools, the author presented some strategies to stimulate middle school teachers working enthusiasm. For teachers, we should meet the teachers’ reasonable material and spiritual needs; for schools, the leaders should enhance learning, set an example for teachers; inspire teachers, and enhance students sense of responsibility.
