南通市通州区佳晔肉鸡养殖专业合作社  PAGE 5 鼠虫害防治制度 Pests control Program Haimen Tyson Poultry Development Co., Ltd.　（HMTS-BS0010.0） 为了加强鼠害与卫生虫害防制，防止疾病和动物疫病传播，同时减少浪费和损失，根据公司《生物安全方案》等文件的要求，制定本制度。 The objective: the policy was made to control the rodents and insects in the operation of live production, based on the requirements in Haimen Tyson Bio-security manual. 本制度适用于本公司所有自建和以代加工等紧密合作方式进行合作生产的饲料厂、养殖场、孵化厂等。 This policy applies to feed mill, poultry farms and hatcheries, which are owned or contracted by Tyson, or co-managed with joint venture. 本制度所称鼠虫害，是指在生产、生活环境中，鼠、蚊、蝇、蟑螂等传染病媒介生物给我公司生产的鸡群、雏鸡、成鸡等，及人体健康带来的危害。 In this program, pest infestation refers to the negative impact from rodents, mosquitoes, flies, and cockroach on live birds and human being. 公司动保中心（实验室及兽医部门）负责鼠虫害防治的技术指导、制度建设、组织领导、宣传发动和监督管理； Company center for animal health or veterinarian department is in charge of the program, which includes the making and improvement of the policy, the technical training, the evaluation of the result, and the supervision and management of the execution. 各场（厂）及各片区的负责人和生物安全专员（兽医、技术员、防疫员等）负责具体工作，其主要职责是： The responsibilities for the team members (such as veterinarian and technical supervisor) who are in charge of the bio-security in each area are as follows:　　（一）制定鼠虫害防治工作的具体方案，并组织实施； Make the detailed program in each area to control pests, and execute it. 　　（二）加强鼠虫害防治工作的宣传教育，普及鼠虫害防治的科学知识；进行鼠虫害防制效果评价和组织技术培训 Provide the training about the importance, the method, and the evaluation of the result related to rodent control program.　　（三）对鼠虫害防治工作进行监督管理；协调各场（厂）或上级部门加强对所管辖范围的鼠虫害防治工作的管理。 Supervise the execution of the policy, coordinate with related departments and get the pests well controlled in the operation of live production.　　　　第五条　鼠害虫害防治工作应当采取改造环境、控制鼠虫害孳生地和杀灭鼠虫害等综合防制措施，并使防治工作科学化、经常化、制度化。 The control of rodents and insects should take comprehensive measures, such as environmental improvement, the sealing of the room, and the proper administration of rodenticide or inse
