全自动糊箱机纠偏部分结构设计 摘 要 全自动糊箱机是集纸张输送、涂胶、折合、纠偏、整理为一体的瓦楞纸箱生产设备，其中纠偏部分是全自动糊箱机的重要组成部分之一，是实现瓦楞纸箱生产和完善纸箱外观的一个重要环节。 纠偏部分的前一个环节——折合部分。 糊箱机折合部分的主要功能是首先在折合以前要对瓦楞纸进行切割，然后通过正常的输纸过程输送到折合部分后对裁切好的瓦楞纸张进行折合，折合部分分为0o～90o及90o～180o的折合。 在上述过程中，当瓦楞纸板完成折合后，纸板前后折痕会出现误差，这就需要纠偏机构对纸板进行纠正。纠偏机构主要由两个皮带构成，上皮带轮将动力输至下皮带轮，使得上下皮带产生速度差，即上皮带的速度比下皮带速度大5%左右，同时为上皮带配备压轮，压轮位置的上下调节，影响上皮带与纸板的接触压力，从而达到调节纠偏效果的目的。 全自动的糊箱机机械结构比较复杂，纸板的折叠粘合成型也全部可以用机械完成，不仅生产速度比半自动的机器高，而且质量也比较稳定，适用于大批量纸箱、纸盒的自动粘合成型。 关键词：全自动糊钉箱机 瓦楞纸 折合部分 纠偏部分 ABSTRACT Automatic paste box machine is a transfer paper, glue, or, correction, finishing as one of the corrugated box manufacturing equipment, automatic correcting some paste box machine is an important part of one is to achieve the production of corrugated boxes and improve the carton appearance of an important part.
