常州工学院延陵学院毕业设计论文 PAGE  PAGE 37 KC021-1 CHANGZHOU INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY 毕 业 设 计 说 明 书 题目： K9251干式球磨机总体与回转部设计 二级学院（直属学部）： 专业： 班级： 学生姓名： 学号： 指导教师姓名： 职称： 评阅教师姓名： 职称：  年 月 摘要 本设计为K9251干式球磨机，为卧式筒型旋转装置，外延齿轮传动，格子型。中空轴采用铸钢件，内衬可拆换，回转大齿轮采用铸件滚齿加工，筒体内镶有耐磨衬板，具有良好的耐磨性。本机运转平稳，工作可靠。本设计主要是根据给料粒度和出料粒度以及产量确定并计算给料部和出料部的尺寸；根据最大装球量,工作转速以及产量计算出回转部（筒体）的外形尺寸；根据电动机功率以及转速确定传动部的结构排列，包括减速机，小传动齿轮，电机等。再分别对给料部出料部、回转部、传动部之间关键技术协调。进行计算，最终检验校核。 关键词：球磨机 筒体 减速机 传动齿轮 联轴器 Abstract The design for the K9251 dry ball mill, which is horizontal rotation for the tube-type devices, extension drive and lattice-type .The hollow shaft is made with steel casting, and its lining can be Demolition and replacement. The rotary gear is made by cast parts with hobbling processing. The body inlaid with wear-resistant cylinder liner, which has a good wear resistance .It can be smooth-running and reliable work. The design is based mainly to size of the material ,from feeding part and discharging part, to determine and calculate the size of feeding part and discharging part ;According to the ball with the largest volume、speed and production work calculated the gyration part form factor; According to electrical power transmission and speed determine the structure of the feeding part and discharging part arrangement , including reducer、the small transmission gear、motor and so on .Then harmonizing the key technologies of the feeding part、discharging part and the transmission part. So I do the Calculation、the ultimate test of verification in the end.
