河南师范大学毕业论文  PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 19 人本德育:高校德育模式的新生命 摘 要 人本德育,就是指德育应该以人为本,即德育应以对人的深刻理解和研究为出发点,在德育过程中贯彻人本理念和人性关怀,最终目的是促进人德性的全面发展,培养具有现代道德智慧的人。人本德育的内涵首先是学生主体性与教师主导性的统一,其次是德育共性与学生个性的统一,再次是德育理论与实践养成的统一,最后,是传道解惑与情感关怀的统一。与人本德育相互对立的是“非人本德育”,人本德育与知性德育、物本德育、器本德育等几种“非人本德育”相比有着明显的优势。针对高校当前德育存在的目的功利化、过程简单化、内容不合理等“非人本”现象,人本德育提出高校德育的人本构建要遵循交往对话原则、情理交融原则、全面发展原则、自主育德原则,并从师德、载体、评估???面提出了高校人本德育的构建策略。 关键词 人本德育;非人本德育;德育模式 Humanism Moral Education:the new life of the college moral education model Abstract The humanism moral education refers to the moral education should be people-oriented, that is, moral education should be on the human profound understanding and research as the starting point, in the process of moral education and implementing people-oriented and humanized care, the ultimate purpose is to promote the comprehensive development of human virtue , culture the man of modern-moral wisdom.
