 PAGE - 7 - 胫骨远端开放性骨折分期治疗方法浅析 摘要：随着我国改革开放和社会主义现代化建设的深入推进，我国各类行业得到迅猛发展，目前胫骨远端开放性骨折分期治疗的方法也日益增多。随着我国行业群体的迅速壮大特别是医疗设备的进一步进步，不同的治疗方法也越来越成为不同病患和有益康复的关键环节。探讨胫骨远端开放性骨折的治疗手术方式及伤VI处理方法,总结其疗效.方法 收治胫骨远端开放性骨折105例,根据伤情选择5种手术方式:①软组织的一期修复加骨折的一期修复;②软组织的一期修复加骨折的二期修复;③软组织的二期修复加骨折的一期修复.④软组织的二期修复加骨折的二期修复;⑤截肢术。根据胫骨不同部位不同程度的损伤指定不同的治疗方法，选择合适的治疗方法可以降低手术风险，有助于术后康复。 关键词：胫骨 开放性骨折 分期治疗 Abstract: Along with our country reform and opening up and socialist modernization construction of deepening, all kinds of industry of China is rapid development, currently the distal tibia increase of the treatment of open fractures in installment. With the fast-growing industry groups in our country, especially in further progress of medical equipment, different methods of treatment is becoming more and more become a key link in the process of different patients and good recovery. To explore the diagnosis and treatment of distal tibia open fractures surgery way and VI processing method, summarizes its curative effect. Methods 105 cases of distal tibia were open fractures, according to choose five operation method: (1) issue of soft tissue repair and fracture repair; (2) soft tissue repair and the second phase of fracture repair. (3) one in the second phase of soft tissue repair and fracture repair. The second stage (4) soft tissue repair and the second phase of fracture repair; (5) amputation. According to different degree of damage to specify different at different positions of the tibia treatment, select the appropriate treatment can reduce the operation risk, help to postoperative recovery.
