散装物料运输车罐体结构设计及焊接工艺优化
摘 要
随着现代物流业的发展,节能、高效、环保的散装物料运输车(散装水泥运输车)得到了较快的发展。本文通过对散装物料运输车罐体的工作原理进行分析研究,针对其结构设计和焊接工艺现状提出具有一定工程应用价值的工业生产优化方案。
本文首先从散装物料运输车的应用特点出发,设计了满足工程应用的相应罐体结构,并选择实用经济的材料Q235A作为其基本材料,罐体结构采用圆筒加椭圆形封头结构,罐体焊缝采用纵向布置。具有较大容积比且能有效简化通体制造工艺。针对目前散装物料运输车生产的散装物料运输车的罐体结构设计和焊接工艺现状,分析其存在的问题与不足,找到问题的关键所在,根据散装物料运输车的工作原理,结合利用所学的材料力学、焊接工艺学、金属学与热处理以及机械设计制造工艺知识分别对其进行研究分析,提出合理的处理方法以及具体的优化方案,经实际分析和现场试运行状况比较,发现该优化方案实用性强,能有效提高整车效率,质量保证更完善,具有一定的工程应用前景。
