1 华南农业大学珠江学院 毕业论文（设计） 互联网金融的发展研究 指导教师： 唐新云 讲师 系： 经济管理系 年级专业： 2012级国际经济与贸易（国际金融） 提交日期：2016年5月9日 答辩日期：2016年5月15号 答辩委员会主席（签名）： 评阅人（签名）： 2015年 5 月 25日 II I 摘 要 互联网金融是指传统机构与互联网企业利用互联网技术和信息通信技术实现资金融通、支付、投资和信息中介服务的新型金融业务。互联网金融是在实现安全、移动等网络技术水平上，被用户熟悉接受后（尤其是对电子商务的接受），为适应新的需求而产生的新模式及新业务。是传统金融行业与互联网精神相结合的新兴领域。中国的金融改革，正值互联网金融潮流兴起，在传统金融部门和互联网金融的推动下，中国的金融效率、交易结构，甚至整体金融架构都将发生深刻变革。随着信息通讯技术和互联网的发展，互联网信息对金融市场的影响已经越来越不容忽视。在中国，互联网金融的发展从技术角度来说，具有自身优势，但要考虑合规和风险管控的问题。面对巨大的市场潜力及挑战，我国互联网金融市场应该积极面对挑战，对内对外分别采取相应措施来改善目前所处的困境，抓住机会向前冲。鉴于此，本论文首先梳理清楚了我国互联网金融市场的现状，再与传统金融市场通过对比分析，得出阻碍我国互联网金融市场进一步发展的问题所在，从而采取措施对症下药，从根本上解决问题，进而拓展我国互联网金融行业的发展前景。 关键词： 互联网金融; 金融监管; 银行; 问题; 对策 Abstract ITFIN ,as a kind of new financial business ,which refers to the traditional financial institutions with Internet companies use the Internet technology and information communication technology to realize financing, payment, investment and information intermediary services.
