 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 6 (此文档为word格式，下载后您可任意编辑修改！) 生活污水脱氮除磷工程设计 [摘要]某小区每天生活污水的最大排放量为28000t，污水水质为：BOD=130mgL，COD=280mgL，SS=280mgL，TP=4.5mgL，TN=30mgL；根据进水水质特征及出水水质要求，拟采用CAST作为该小区生活污水脱氮除磷的工艺，其处理流程为：进水→中格栅→提升泵房→细格栅→平流沉砂池→CAST反应池→接触池→出水，污水经处理后达到GB18918-2002一级A标准，且整个处理自动化程度高，噪音小；经预算整个工程初期投资较低，运行成本0.41元(m3污水)，适用于城市小区生活污水的处理，其设计过程可为类似污水处理厂设计提供借鉴和参考。 [关键词]小区生活污水；CAST；脱氮除磷 Engineering design of denitrification and phosphorus removal of sewage Abstract: A district sewage of maximum emissions is 28000 t every day,the designed water quality for BOD,COD,SS,TP and TN is 130mgL,280mgL,280mgL,4.5mgL,30mgL respectively. According to the characters of influent water quality and effluent water quality requirements, the proposed CAST can be taken as a technology of plot sewage denitrification and phosphorus. The process is as follows: wastewater→medium grille→boost pump room→Fine screen→ pool→contact chamber→water purification. The sewage after treatment reach GB18918-2002 grade A standard and the whole deal with a , low noise. After the initial investment of the project , budget is low, operation cost is 0.41 yuan (m3) wastewater, it is suitable for urban residential sewage treatment, The design process can provide a reference for the similar wastewater treatment plant design.
