 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 24 (此文档为word格式，下载后您可任意编辑修改！) 本科生毕业设计 毕业设计题目 学 生 姓 名 所 在 学 院 专业及班级 指 导 教 师 完 成 日 期 年 月 日 摘要 随着我国城市化和工业化进程的快速推进以及人民生活水平的不断提高，大量垃圾的产生和堆积产生了严重的环境问题。因此，环境污染治理的日益迫切以及对垃圾处理设备的巨大需求量使环卫机械得到了快速发展。本课题研制的移动式垃圾压缩设备是众多环卫机械中的典型代表，它可将周边运送来的垃圾进行压实后转运，有效地解决了垃圾堆积和转运过程中飘洒带来的二次污染问题，同时提高了转运效率并降低了成本，具有十分重要的现实意义。 移动式垃圾压缩车是在压缩垃圾车基础上加装后挂桶翻转机构或垃圾斗翻转机构。由密封式垃圾厢、液压系统、操作系统组成。整车为全密封型，自行压缩、自行倾倒、压缩过程中的污水全部进入污水厢，较为彻底的解决了垃圾运输过程中的二次污染的问题，具有压力大、密封性好、操作方便、安全等优点。 本文主要介绍了移动式垃圾压缩设备液压系统的设计过程包括液压方案拟定、液压相关参数设计、液压元件的设计、液压系统图的设计以及液压系统性能的验算等。利用AMEsim软件对该液压系统进行动力学仿真，对其进行运动学分析，并对液压系统仿真结果进行分析。 关键词 移动式垃圾压缩，液压系统设计，AMEsim，动力学仿真 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of Chinas urbanization and industrialization process and the improvement of peoples life, a lot of garbage and the accumulation equipment and the effective management of environmental problems make environmental protection equipment grow rapidly. The mobile garbage compression equipment that our project was studying is the typical representative of many environmental protection equipments.It can transship garbage that is shipped from the surrounding after being compacted,which is effective to solve the garbage accumulation and the secondary pollution brought during the transport and vehicle is installed in the compression garbage truck basis after process of sewage all entered the sewage chamber, is thoroughly solve pollution two garbage in the process of transportation problem, , safety.
