摘 要 我国工程建设项目众多、投资巨大，在国家的各个地区都存在有许多大量的、大规模的建设项目，虽然如此，但工程施工项目的成本控制研究和应用相对滞后，对于工程建设的相关控制方面没有做的很好。成本是商品经济的产物，在市场经济下得到了更充分的发展，在自由市场经济下，建筑施工企业最终的目标是为了赚取最大的利润。企业的利润=建筑产品的价格-建筑产品的成本，而建筑产品的价格是在企业招标的过程中基本确定的，为了在市场竞争中求得生存、发展和获取最多的利润，企业不得不通过强化管理，以提高竞争力，成本管理就是其中一个手段。通过成本管理，降低建筑产品成本，不仅可以在建筑产品价格己定的情况下增加企业利润，而且通过成本管理，可以在招标的过程中提出有竞争力的建筑产品报价，增加企业市场竞争力，获取更多的建筑施工订单。 随着改革的不断深化，??筑企业的生产和管理发生了深刻的变化，项目成本控制是决定建筑施工企业市场竞争力的关键.本文以兴安雅苑项目为例，首先对工程项目成本和成本管控的定义进行了研究，接着分析了目前企业在建工程项目成本管理中存在的问题以及原因，进而对于企业如何加强和改进工程项目成本控制的措施进行探讨。 关键词 施工项目成本 成本控制 成本管理  Abstract The engineering construction projects, investment is huge, there are a number of large-scale construction projects in all parts of the country, though, but the engineering construction project cost control research and application is relatively backward, related control for engineering construction, not doing well.
