中华临床医师杂志(电子版)2016 年 7 月第 10 卷第 13 期 Chin J Clinicians(Electronic Edition),July 1,2016,Vol.10,No.13 ²1870² ²临床论著² 甲状腺相关性眼病患者外周血 CD4+ T 细胞各亚群表达的初步探讨 李雁 1 孙斌 2 【摘要】 目的 探讨甲状腺相关性眼病（TAO）患者外周血中 CD4+ T 细胞各亚群占外周血 的百分比及 Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg 比值在 TAO 发病及活动性判断中的意义。方法 利用 CAS 评分及 99Tcm-生长抑素类似物眼眶显像结果将 TAO 患者分为活动组和非活动组；使用美国 BD 公司 FACS Calibur 流式细胞仪分别检测活动组 TAO、非活动组 TAO 及正常组外周血中 Th1 细胞、Th2 细胞、 Th17 细胞、Treg 细胞的百分比及 Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg 的比值，比较三组之间的差异。结果 Th1 细胞、Th2 细胞、Treg 细胞占外周血中 CD4+ T 细胞的百分比在三组间比较差异均有统计学意义（Z 值分别为 10.137、11.232、6.052，均 P＜0.05）。Th17 细胞所占百分比及 Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg 在三 组比较中差异无统计学意义（Z 值分别为 2.801、2.722、3.616，均 P＞0.05）。Th1 细胞、Th2 细胞 三组比较有统计学意义，活动组与非活动组比较差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；活动组、非活动 组与正常组比较均有统计学意义，且病例组显著降低（P＜0.05）。结论 Th1 细胞、Th2 细胞参与 了 TAO 的发病，但与 TAO 的活动性之间未见明确关系。 【关键词】 Graves 眼病； T 细胞抗原受体特异性； 活动性 Preliminary study of TAO patients’ CD4+ T cells subsets in peripheral blood Li Yan1, Sun Bin2. 1Shanxi Medical University, Taiyuan 030001, China; 2Department of Ophthalmology, the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, 030001 Taiyuan, China Corresponding author: Sun Bin, Email: sunbineye@163.com 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the percentage of CD4+ T cells in peripheral blood and Th1/Th2, Th17/Treg ratio of patients with thyroid associated disease (TAO), and the significance of TAO in the pathogenesis and activity.
