Abstract : Device to Device ( D２D ) com munication underlaying L T E‐A cellular netw orks is effective to
‐ ‐
improving spectral efficiency and offload traffic of the base station by reusing cellular resources . How ever ,
the mutual interference betw een D ２D and cellular com munications can degrade the performance of both D ２D
and cellular users . In this paper , a resource reusing selection scheme based on minimizing pow er increase is
proposed , w hich enables selective compensation for signal to interference plus noise ratio ( SIN R )
diminution caused by interf erence . Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme notably
improves the access g rant probability of D ２D users and increases the link spectral efficiency of D ２D and
cellular netw orks , w it
