T hese rem ains can be divided into nine zones. By analyzing the dates, cultural natures and zonings of t hese rem ains, w e can out line t he routes and dates of t he southw ard dif fusion of Erlitou Culture; how ever, the diff usion methods varied according to t he times and backgrounds of their taking place.
