多种不同梅毒检验方法检测梅毒螺旋体的结果准确率比较 【摘要】目的：探讨对比三种不同的梅毒检测方法检测梅毒螺旋体的结果，并将结果的准确率进行比较。方法：选取本院2015年3月至2016年8月收治的32例确诊为梅毒患者，28例确诊为乙肝炎症患者以及30例确诊身体健康的患者为研究对象。对所有的患者对研究者均进行分别采取梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验、梅毒酶联免疫吸附法以及梅毒甲胺红不加热血清反应素试验这三种方法进行检测，并且将对比分析检测的结果进行比较分析。结果：通过本次研究最终提供的数据显示，采用梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验的检测结果为总阳性率为100%，假阳性率为0%；梅毒酶联免疫吸附法的检测结果为总阳率为96.88%，假阳性率为3.12%；梅毒甲胺红不加热血清反应素试验的检测结果为总阳率为87.5%，假阳性率为12.5%。由此可知梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验方法的准确率明显要高于梅毒酶联免疫吸附法以及梅毒甲胺红不加热血清反应素试验这两种检测方法，且梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验方法与其他两种检测方法之间的差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。而梅毒酶联免疫吸附法的检测准确率又明显要高于梅毒甲胺红不加热血清反应素试验检测方法，且两者之间的差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：根据本次研究结果显示，虽然梅毒螺旋体明胶颗粒凝集试验方法检测梅毒的准确率较高，但我们依旧需要根据临床诊断和治疗的需要来选择相对应的检测方法，在此基础上尽可能的减少患者的经济压力，这样也能够有效的促进医患之间和谐关系的发展。 【关键词】多种不同梅毒检测方法；梅毒螺旋体；准确率 【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the results of three different syphilis test methods for the detection of Treponema pallidum, and to compare the accuracy of the results.
