However, this contract could be cancelled before the end of 3 months of agreement duration. After three months of agreement duration, Party A could cancel the agreement with written notice one month in advance, or sign a new contract with Part B. 2、试用期：试用期为30天。在试用期内如乙方工人未达到甲方所要求的工作标准、操作技能，乙方应按照甲方的要求将以进场劳工替换、辞退或降低工资等级使用。 Probation duration: 30 days. In case Part B workers could not meet the working standard required from Party A during the probation period, Part B shall replace the unqualified workers according to the requirements from Party A. 3、下表列出的工种要求相应人员技术熟练、经验丰富，另外每50名工人加配一个管理人员（会英语），管理人员每个月工资为600第纳尔，每50名员工配厨师一人。 Skillful and rich-experienced workers are required for the trade showed in article 4.
