　　浅谈换位让教学更精彩的论文 　【摘要】新课改的教学体会语文教育家叶圣陶先生曾说过：“教师改文，业至辛勤，苟学生弗晓其意，即功夫同于虚掷。”的确，很多学生对老师辛辛苦苦写出来的批语，他们接到刚发下来的作文本，大部分人只是看看分数，略一浏览就塞入书包，这次作文批语上明明写着层次不清晰，他下篇作文照旧层次不清晰，老师辛苦，全都付之东流。出现上述原因主要是教师批改的传统方式，不利于激发学生的主动意识和进取精神，不利于培养学生自主、合作、探究的现代学习方式， 且不符合新课程标准提出的“学生是学习的主人”的教育理念。叶老还说：“能不能传统变一变，让学生处于主动地位呢？假如着重培养学生自己改的能力，教师只给些引导和指点，该怎样改让学生自己去考虑去决定，学生不就处于主动地位了吗？养成自己改的能力，这是终身受用的。”在这里，叶圣陶先生已经给我们指明了作文改革的方向和方法，即让学生成为评价的主人，自己修改，试着换换位。这样，不但提高了学生的阅读鉴赏的能力，而且把老师从作文堆里解放出来，腾出时间对学生的作文情况进行宏观把握与科学分析和指导。关于这一点也是符合作文教学大纲中“作文者应自会修改”的精神的。今天，我想就自己在新课改下的作文教学的实践谈几点不成熟的体会，希望能得到各位同仁的指点。 　　【关键词】作文教学；实践；体会 　　the conversion lets the teaching be more splendid 　　r. ye shengtao once had said: “the teacher changes the article, industry to industrious, careless student xiaoqi italy, namely time any students the ment on ake the text, the majority of people only have a look at the score, slightly a broent on the thesis level ainly the traditional ulates student’s initiative consciousness and the enterprising spirit, does not favor trains the student to be independent, cooperation, inquisition modern study to the ne standard to propose “the student is the study master” the education idea. ye laohuan said: “can the tradition change, lets the student be in the initiative position? if raises ability phatically student change, the teacher only gives a guidance and the direction, hor. ye shengtao had already indicated the thesis reform direction and the method to us, namely lets the master oreover piles in teacher from the thesis liberates, makes time carries on the macroscopic assurance to student’s thesis situation of instruction “the thesis should revise” the spirit about this point. today, i yself the thesis teaching practice ature experiences, hoped can obtain the fellow colleagues’ direction. 　　【key words】thesis teaching; practice; experience 　1 教方法,让学生自查自批 　　学生在完成自己的习作后，利用课余时间对自己的作文进行评改。.习作者主要完成以下几项工作： 　　（1）文体是否符合要求。（2）错别字几个。将错字在原文处作出标记，并改正。（3）有几处病句，凡病句都要在原处划横线，再旁批，分析造成病句的病因。（4）标点符号是否齐全。（5）
