PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT67 南京林业大学 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目：南京市仙林荣境11层 住宅楼设计 学 院： 土木工程学院 专 业： 土木工程（建筑工程） 学 号： 学生姓名： 指导教师： 苏 毅 职 称： 副教授 二O一三年六月 摘 要 本次毕业设计的内容是对某小区住宅楼结构设计和分析。该建筑地上十一层，无地下室，主体总高度为30.8m。 该住宅楼采用剪力墙结构形式。主要结构设计过程分为两大部分： 第一部分为建筑设计。主要根据任务书进行建筑方案及施工图设计，设计内容包括建筑平面图、立面图、剖面图、建筑详图以及建筑设计说明书。 第二部分为结构设计。主要内容包括（1）应用结构分析软件PKPM建立三维有限元模型进行结构分析；（2）基础、楼梯计算；（3）施工图设计；（4）编写设计说明书和结构计算书。 关键词：结构设计；剪力墙结构；结构分析 Abstract The content of this graduate design is to design and analyze the structure of a residential building. The building has 11floors on the ground, none floors under the ground with a total height of about 30.8m. The main structure of this residential building is shell walls. The structure designing process can be mainly divided into two parts. The first part is the structure design. The mainly mission is to carry on the construction scheme and construction drawing design according to the mission paper, including the construction plane、the elevation、the section、the construction detail and the architectural design specification. The second part is structural design. This includes:(1) Establishing three-dimensional finite element model for structure analysis with the application of the structure analysis software PKPM; (2)The design of the foundation and the staircase ;(3)The design of execution plan;(4) The compilation of design specifications and structure calculation.
