 PAGE IV  PAGE III 摘 要 : 传统的点胶系统采用的是针筒式点胶方式,点胶针筒必须距离器件很近,对于需要进行底部填充的器件,点胶针头需要降低至器件顶部以下,针头边缘必须尽可能地与器件边缘靠近,且不引起接触和器件损坏, 这在实际操作中是非常困难的。针对传统针筒式点胶系统工作效率低和难以操控的问题,设计一种新型微量胶液喷射系统。该系统采用利用一种智能材料所实现的超磁致伸缩执行器作为驱动件,引入一种两级对称式柔性铰链位移放大机构对超磁致伸缩执行器的输出位移进行放大,以降低超磁致伸缩执行器的设计要求和成本。喷嘴在整个电路板上方沿x、y方向运动,无需沿Z轴运动,从而提高了生产效率,该系统还具有喷射频率高、适用胶液广和清洗方便等优点。 关键词:超磁致伸缩执行器;喷射系统;位移放大机构 ABSTRACT: In traditional needle tube dispensing system work efficiency is low and difficult to control problems, designing a new trace glue injection system. This system magnetostrictive actuator as driving parts, introduction of flexible hinge displacement amplification mechanism of giant magnetostrictive actuators output amplification, and to decrease the displacement of giant magnetostrictive actuator design requirements and cost to microcontroller as control core, complete the corresponding hardware and software design.
