　　EB病毒LMP1与Ecadherin、ICAM1 在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其相关性的论文 【摘要】 目的 研究eb病毒潜伏膜蛋白1（lmp1）对鼻咽癌细胞黏附分子ecadherin 和icam1表达的影响,探讨lmp1在鼻咽癌转移中的作用及其相关的机制。方法 应用免疫组织化学（sp法）分别检测lmp1、ecadherin和icam1蛋白在31例鼻咽粘膜慢性炎、32例鼻咽癌和24例鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移灶中的表达。结果 lmp1和icam1蛋白在鼻咽癌和鼻咽癌淋巴结转移灶中的阳性表达率显著高于在鼻咽粘膜慢性炎组织中的阳性表达率，ecadherin蛋白在鼻咽癌和鼻咽癌淋巴结转移灶中的阳性表达率则显著低于在鼻咽粘膜慢性炎组织中的阳性表达率。spearman相关分析显示，在鼻咽癌组织和鼻咽癌淋巴结转移灶中，lmp1与ecadherin的表达呈负相关，而与icam1的表达呈正相关。结论在鼻咽癌和鼻咽癌颈部淋巴结转移灶中lmp1可能通过抑制ecadherin的表达和促进icam1的表达进而影响肿瘤细胞的黏附性，促进鼻咽癌的侵袭和转移。 【关键词】 鼻咽癌；lmp1；ecadherin；icam1；细胞黏附；肿瘤转移 relationship of eb virus latent membrane protein 1 and ecadherin,icam1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma ou xiaobo,chen xiaoyi department of pathology,guangdong medical college,zhanjiang 524023,china corresponding author:chen xiaoyi,email:xychen@gdmc.edu.abstract：objective to investigate the effect of epsteinbarr virus(ebv) latent membrane protein 1 (lmp1) on expression of ecadherin and icam1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (npc) and their relative role and metastasis mechanism in npc.methods the expression of lmp1,ecadherin and icam1 protein in thirtyone cases of chronic nasopharyngitis,thirtytph nodes etastases munohistochemistry.results the expressions rates of lmp1 and icam1 in npc and lymph nodes etastases ph nodes etastases an correlation analysis shop1 and ecadherin in both npc and lymph nodes etastases and a significant positive correlation betp1 and icam1.conclusion it is suggested that in npc and lymph nodes etastases,lmp1 may affect the cell adhesion and accelerate the invasion and metastasis of npc by inhibiting the expression of ecadherin and increasing the expression of icam1. key a; lmp1; ecadherin; icam1; cell adhesion; tumor metastasis 鼻咽癌以低分化 、高转移为特征，转移发生得早，预后差。.在恶性肿瘤侵袭和转移过程中细胞黏附扮演着重要的角色，由相应的黏附分子（cams）来介导。其中e钙黏蛋白（ecadherin）就是研究得比较多的同质黏附分子,其表达下降使肿瘤细胞的同质黏附能力减弱，浸润转移能力增强[1]。而细胞间黏附分子1（icam1）则以介导异质黏附成为人们关注的热点，icam1在一些恶性肿瘤中过度表达,与淋巴结转移相关[2]。eb病毒潜伏膜蛋白1（lmp1）在鼻咽癌侵袭和转移中起着重要的作用，但确切的机制尚未明了。有研究发现，lmp1可抑制ecadherin表达、促进 icam1 表
