SAT正文段落的写作;Topic ;思路;Sample ; Under Singapore education system, apart from all the compulsory subjects, every student is required to take one Co-Curriculum Activity, CCA in short, which is skin to the Extra-Curriculum Activity in the United States. It is open to all levels (there are four years in Singapore’s high school) and expectations for different levels are set accordingly: respect for the first year, responsiveness for the second, responsibility for the third and leadership for the last. Our CCA can be classified into four main groups, sports, performing arts, language societies and uniform groups. ; My CCA is Girl Guides, which falls in the category of uniform groups. Guiding is a worldwide organization open to all girls and women, regardless of races, languages, religious or nationalities, aiming at serve the community and to lend a hand with no thought of personal gains. In Girl Guides (GG), we have learnt various skills, such as tent pitching, sewing, outdoor cooking, and first aid, and we also have to undergo a series of tests to get our badges, which are sewed onto our uniforms. Normally, we have our CCA once a week, as I mentioned above, the seniors are required to plan every Friday’s CCA session, which helps to contribute to their leadership development. ; I was the secretary, whose job was to minute every CCA meeting, to send its soft copy to our company website and to constantly update and organize this web. After being assigned this task, I planned to become a successful secretary who could enjoy the recognition of my teachers and classmates. ; But actually, for me, it was not an easy job to do. I must have a sharp hearing to catch every essential point raised in the meeting. My reaction must be fast to note the points down accurately. Also, I must be concentrated for every second, not letting any single word flick over my head.
