二甲硅油散和西甲硅油乳剂在胃镜检查前

准备中的应用效果分析

摘要目的：比较二甲硅油散和西甲硅油乳剂在胃镜检查前准备中的应用效果。方法：选取2023年10月一12月在天津

市南开医院内镜中心接受胃镜检查的患者共109例，按照随机数字表法分为三组，A组应用盐酸达克罗宁（n=38）,B组应用二

甲硅油散+盐酸达克罗宁（n=38),C组应用西甲硅油乳剂+盐酸达克罗宁（n=33）,比较三组的胃镜下黏膜清晰度、微小病变检出

率及不良反应发生情况。结果：盐酸达克罗宁胶浆联合应用二甲硅油散和西甲硅油乳剂可有效提高胃镜下黏膜清晰度和微小

病变检出率，且盐酸达克罗宁胶浆联合应用西甲硅油乳剂改善胃镜下黏膜清晰度的效果优于盐酸达克罗宁胶浆联合二甲硅油

散，差异有统计学意义(P0.05),三组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P0.05)。结论：在胃镜检查前准备中，盐酸达

克罗宁胶浆联合应用西甲硅油乳剂效果更优，不仅可提高内镜检查视野清晰度，还可提高微小病变检出率，减少不良反应的发

生，临床应用更为高效、安全。
