内蒙古科技大学 专科生毕业设计说明书 题 目：设计年产量为220万吨 CSP薄板厂 专 业：材料成型及控制工程 班 级：成型11级1班 姓 名：冯智慧 成 绩： 设计年产量为220万吨CSP薄板厂 摘要：本设计以生产产品规格为8.0mm×1600mmQ235为例，设计一个年产量为220万吨的CSP薄板厂。设计内容主要包括兴建该厂的可行性分析、产品大纲的编制、产品平衡计算、主辅设备选择、以及生产工艺流程设计、轧制规程的计算、辊形设计和轧辊强度的校核、电机功率的校核、车间生产能力的计算、轧机工作图标的确定以及车间平面布置等内容。参考其他已建厂的参数经验，指定产品大纲、确定压下规程，选择主要轧制设备，进行计算。 关键词：CSP；连铸连轧；轧制工艺；强度校核 Design of Annual Capacity of 2.2 Million Tons of the Hot Rolling Sheet Plant Factory Abstract：The design specifications for production of product is 8.0mm 1600mm Q235 as an example. Design a production capacity of 2.2 million tons production of CSP. Design features include the construction of the plant feasibility analysis, the preparation of the outline of the products, metal balance calculation,rolling determining the csale, products blance calculation,the mainequipments choice, the choice of auxiliary equipments.
