南京工程学院课程设计说明书（论文） PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT23 南 京 工 程 学 院 专 接 本 课程设计说明书(论文) 作 者： 李丹阳 学 号： 学院（系、部）： 机电工程系 专 业： 数控加工与模具设计 题 目： 圆筒形件注射模设计 指导者： 阅者： 2016年 11月 任务书 零件名称：圆形塑件 塑料原料： ABS 生产批量：大批量生产 制造零件图：如下图 摘 要 本文主要介绍了圆筒形件注塑模设计，塑料成形工艺以及注塑的过程，也对注塑机也进行了一些简单的介绍。注塑模设计的主要过程有：塑料制品的工艺分析，型腔数目的确定，注塑机的选择以及模具的结构设计。模具的结构设计包括：浇注系统的设计，成型零件设计，导向机构设计，侧???分型机构设计，脱模机构设计，冷却机构设计以及排气系统设计。本文设计的是一模两腔三板式模具。由于圆形盒的特殊形状，无法直接脱模，需设置侧面抽芯机构，本套模具是通过斜导柱进行侧面分型，本文对模具的各部分零件进行了设计与计算。本文对模具的工作原理和工作过程，以及模具的使用与保养也进行了说明。 关键词 圆筒形件 注塑模 设计 侧分型 Abstract This paper mainly introduces the design of injection molding process and gargle cup, plastic injection molding process, the injection molding machine is introduced. The main injection mold design process: process analysis of plastic products, to determine the number of cavity structure design, the selection of injection molding machine and mold. The mold structure design includes: the design of gating system, forming part design, guide mechanism design, side parting mechanism design, ejection mechanism design, cooling mechanism design and exhaust system design. In this paper, the design of a mold two cavity three plate mold. Due to the special shape of the mouth rinse cup, can not be directly release, need to set the side parting mechanism, this set of mold is through the oblique guide column to carry on the side of the mold, in this paper, the various parts of the mold design and calculation. In this paper, the working principle and working process of the mold, as well as the use and maintenance of the mold are also described.
