考古年代测定的实际数学模型 李建军(150142009026)李苏蒙(150142009029) 李祥杰(150142009030) 李永波(150142009034) 刘洋洋(150142009039) （中国海洋大学数学科学学院数学与应用数学专业2009级1班，青岛?266100） [摘 要] ：摘 要：宇宙射线从太空不断轰击大气层，这种轰击会使大气层中部分普通的碳原子形成放射性碳原子。当植物活着的时候，由于不断地进行光合作用，二氧化碳（包括碳12和碳14）不断地进入植物体内，植物被动物吃掉，碳14又进入动物体内。因此动植物体内的碳14的含量是不断变化的。但是，一旦植物或动物死亡了，植物不再吸收大气中的二氧化碳，动物也不再吃植物了。于是，动植物在死亡以后的年代里，因碳14是放射性同位素，仍在继续不断地进行衰变，因此死亡动植物体内的碳14的含量在一天天地减少。碳14的量是可以通过测量其放射性确定下来的。碳14的半衰期为5730年，即经过5730年以后，碳14的量只剩下一半。放射性碳测定年代法是最常用的考古方法，它所能断定的年份最久的达50000年。 A practical math model for archaeological dating LI su-meng LI xiang-jie LI yong-bo LIU yang-yang LI jian-jun [Abstract] : Cosmic rays constantly bombard the atmosphere from space, this bombardment will make the the common carbon atoms form atmosphere part become radioactive carbon atoms. Therefore, animal’s and plant’s carbon-14 content in the body is constantly changing. However, once the plant or animal died, the plant will not absorb atmospheric carbon dioxide any more, the animals could not eat plants. Thus, plants and animals in the later years of death due to carbon-14 is a radioactive isotope to decay is still continuing, so dead animals’ and plants’ carbon content of 14 reduced day by day.
