Chu Yide Chief physician Hu Wenbo Abstract Objective: To determine the relationship between the serum level of Cystatin C(Cys C) ,β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and the different stage of chronic kidney disease(CKD), as well as the correlation between Cys C and glomendar filtration rate(GFR), the correlation between β2-MG and GFR. To analyze the changes and diagnostic value of Cys C and β2-MG in different stage of CKD. Materials and methods: 300 patients who diagnosed withCKD from Qinghai province peoples hospital were enrolled in this study. To Determine their Cys C,β2-MG and Scr, use MDRD formula to calculate eGFR, according to the calculated eGFR divided patients into different groups. Based on the different groups, to study the correlation between serum level changes of Cystatin C, β2-MG and GFR, meanwhile, study the characteristics of Cystatin C and β2-MG by the characteristic of AUCROC and sensitivity for all the subjects to evaluate the diagnostic value of Cystatin C and β2-MG. Results: There is no statistical significance in the serum level of cystatin C, β2-microglobulin, Serum creatinine among CKDⅠstages patients and healthy controls. Compare to healthy controls and CKDⅠ the level of serum cystatin C,β2-microglobulin in CKDⅡstages patients had statistical signifcance. While there is no significant difference in the serum level of Scr among CKD Ⅱ patients,compared with healthy control and CKDⅠ (P 0.05). Compare to CKD 第 4 页，
