PAGE  PAGE 25 在中国走循环经济的趋势下，如何建设专业性的环保工业园区 How to build an environmental protection industry park in the trend of the cycle economic in China [摘要]在我国经济增长辉煌的背后，面临这许多严峻的问题。具体说，有两个因素严重地制约着当前我国经济发展：第一是粗放型增长方式，第二个资源供需矛盾。循环经济是应对我国经济发展两大制约因素提出来的。建立生态或环保工业园区是发展循环经济的普遍做法。如今，生态或环保工业园已经遍地开花，越来越多的地区开始建立起了形形色色的生态或环保工业园， 各园区在规划和建设上良莠不齐，存在着很多问题。本文通过国内外的循环经济发展现状和专业环保园区的建设和发展介绍，分析中国循环经济发展状况，主要围绕国内各地循环经济工业园区规划和建设存在的问题以及环保工业园区的发展机会进行详细考察，最后结合广东清远建设环保工业园的实践，探讨在发展循环经济的趋势下，如何建设专业性的环保经济园区。 [Abstract] Behind the brilliant economic growth in China, there are several problems. Specifically, two factors seriously constrain Chinas economic development: the first is the extensive growth mode; the second is the contradiction between supply and demand of resources. Cycle economic is put forward to solve two constraints of Chinas economic development. The establishment of ecological or environmental industrial park is the common practice in the cycle economic. Today, ecological or environmental protection industrial park has been blossom everywhere, and more and more places started to establish many kinds of ecological or environmental protection industry parks, there are a lot of problems in the planning and construction of parks. Through the analysis of the development of cycle economic at home and abroad, professional status of environmental protection and the construction of the park development, focus on the domestic economic cycle and the industrial park planning, the paper discussed problems in the construction of ecological or environmental protection industry parks. At last, according to detailed inspection of Qingyuan Industrial Park, the author gives some answers on how to build professional environmental economic zone in the development cycle of economic trends.
