Methods 109 cases of neonatal jaundice patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results 37 cases of perinatal factors (33.9%) top the list, followed by infection factors (23.9%) multivariate mixed (12.8%), breast milk jaundice (11.0%), idiopathic (10.1%), hemolysis (8.3%). Conclusion enhance perinatal care, prevention and control infection, the correct guidance of breastfeeding can reduce the neonatal pathology the occurrence of jaundice. Conclusions It can decrease the occurrence of pathological jaundice of newborn to carry out intensive perinatal care, to prevent inflammation and to provide correct guidance in breast milk feeding.
