Results: The Syndromes MI, MV changed to Qi stagnation group, the lightest (P amp;lt;0.05), Yin-deficiency group, the most significant hot and humid group (P amp;lt;0.05); LDH levels compared with normal group were significantly different (P amp;lt; 0.01), Deficiency group the lowest (P amp;lt;0.01), hot and humid group the highest (P amp;lt;0.01); SDH content of hot and humid group was higher than the normal group, other groups were lower (P amp;lt;0.05-0.01); Qi stagnation group, Deficiency Group ACP levels were lower than normal group. Conclusion: Tongue cytology physico-chemical indicators can be used as traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of chronic gastritis, an objective indicator for reference.
