Methods: Clinical samples were isolated in different site of infection to the 186 Pseudomonas aeruginosa to β  lactamase detection and drug sensitive test results analysis. Results: 186 P. aeruginosa tested 11 types of antibiotic resistance for more than 5 are 72, accounting for 38.7%, of which β -lactamase-positive 60, accounting for 32.4%, β  within the acyl amine-negative were 12, accounting for 6.3%. Conclusion: β  lactamase producing Pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance to more serious, is currently the treatment of Pseudomonas aeruginosa imipenem drug of choice, followed by amikacin and ceftazidime.
