Methods: A hospital outpatient pharmacy 223 doses of oral drugs to collate and summarize the instructions, and access to reference [1]. Results: There were 223 drug medication instructions embodied in 90 hours, there are 22 pharmaceutical preparations 18 varieties of instructions that can be clearly identified with the milk, the same clothes, accounting for 9.87% specification.
