Methods in November 2003 ~ May 2004 in our hospital etimicin sulfate injection drug use in hospitalized patients reported adverse events, and investigate the situation analysis of combination therapy. Results The overall incidence of adverse reactions 50.3% (142/2822), in which the incidence of abnormal hearing balance 0567% (16/2822); the incidence of abnormal liver function 014% (4 / 2822); the incidence of renal dysfunction 0425% (12/2822). Conclusion Etimicin sulfate is a safe aminoglycoside antibiotics, the higher the drug. Method The adverse drug reactions of etimicin injection used in West China Hospital from November 2003 to May 2004 were investigated and analysed. Results The adverse reaction rate was 503%. Hypoacusis occurred in 16 patients (0567%); hepatic function disorder occured in 4 patients (014%); renal function disorder occurred in 12 patients (0425%); exanthem occurred in 6 patients (0216%). Conclusion Etimicin sulfate injection is a safe aminoglycoside antibiotic.
