Methods A retrospective study in our department from May 17, 2008 ~ June 25, 2008 earthquake injured admitted 69 patients, including ribs fractures in 9 cases, 5 cases of clavicular fracture, 58 cases of limb fractures, pelvic fracture in 7 cases, 1 case of cervical spine fracture, thoracic fracture in 1, vertebral fracture in 11 cases, 5 patients after amputation, the use of triage categories, damage control, sub-sub- surgical methods such as active treatment. Results All patients receive timely and accurate treatment, no death, no nosocomial infection, loosening and fracture fixation and other complications occurred. Conclusion earthquake evacuation of the wounded, the disease complex, a high degree of wound contamination, should be classified triage, the use of damage control, post-surgery treatment specialist.
