This study analyzed nine cases of PS in patients with clinical data and reported the following. 1 Data and methods 1.1 General Information option from January 1997 to May 2007 in Hangzhou First People’s Hospital, surgical pathology confirmed nine cases of PS cases, duration of 2 months to 10 years, the average duration (4.51 ± 2.23) years, male, 7 cases and 2 females; aged 4 to 53 years with an average (30.56 ± 15.58) years of age. 1.2 Methods 9 patients with PS, clinical features, treatment and misdiagnosis were analyzed retrospectively. Except for 1 case the patient was found in physical examination, the rest were due to respiratory symptoms in patients with treatment, 9 patients after admission were confirmed by chest X ray, CT or MRI examination, of which 2 cases of three-dimensional reconstruction of CT and clinical suspected diagnosis PS, finally after surgery, diagnosed as PS. 1.3 Diagnosis of multi-leaf appearance of clinical symptoms, no leaves for the same multi-site performance of repeated infection, X ray, CT or MRI examination in the predilection sites see the abnormal blood vessels associated with the lesions, surgery confirmed the abnormal blood supply from the systemic circulation artery lesions in lung tissue. 2 Results 2.1 clinical symptoms found in one cases of physical examination, repeated coughing, sputum in 8 cases.
