Methods 105 patients with untreated breast cancer patients before surgery within a week of early phase 99Tcm-MIBI (30 min) and late phase (180 min) planar imaging on 59 patients with breast cancer by immunohistochemical method to detect post-operative specimens P-gp , GST- and the expression of Bcl-2. Results Expression of P-gp-negative patients with advanced T / N was significantly higher than the expression of P-gp-positive patients (t =- 2.49, P = 0.002, bilateral), between RI statistically significant differences (t =- 2.90, P = 0.01), and GST-, Bcl-2 negative and positive expression between early and late T / N ratio and no significant difference in RI. Conclusion (1 ) 99Tcm-MIBI can be used as transfer of P-gp expression in vitro detection of a sensitive indicator, P-gp expression in breast tumor tissue level of their late relative uptake ratios and retention index was significantly lower than P-gp expression in tumors. (2) 99Tcm-MIBI breast imaging can be observed in vivo dynamics of multidrug resistance protein P-gp expression level, the forecast for the multidrug resistance.
