Results: in each group’s own antibody positive rate is relatively, anti-AKA antibodies, RF and anti  CCP antibody positive rates are relatively high, respectively 46.8%, 45.8% and 61.4%, for a variety of combined detection of autoantibodies in the best experiments; RF, anti  CCP antibodies, anti-AKA antibodies combined detection of three kinds of antibodies RA, for a better combination of projects in RA have a higher detection value.
