Methods of adjuvant arthritis (AA) animal model, by observing the TSPT on the AA rat paw swelling and inflammatory tissue fluid malondialdehyde (MDA) levels of influence to explore its anti-inflammatory effect and its mechanism. Results TSPT can effectively inhibit rat paw swelling of AA to reduce inflammatory tissue fluid in the MDA level. Conclusion TSPT has good anti-inflammatory effect, its mechanism and reduce the level of MDA.
