Methods model of intracerebral hemorrhage induced by collagenase, and were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and drug high , medium and low dose group, and then were given saline, intragastric administration of different doses of baicalin, was drawn 3 d and 7 d to detect the brain tissue water content and superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde ( MDA), nitric oxide (NO), nitric oxide synthase (NOS) and other biochemical changes. Results The rat brain tissue water content and MDA, NO, NOS levels were significantly higher than sham operation group, SOD was significantly lower than the sham group, drug high, medium and low doses of brain tissue water content and the MDA, NO, NOS was significantly lower than the model group, SOD was significantly higher than the model group.
