I applied Shenqi Schisandra tablets for treatment, to obtain a certain effect. Are reported below. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Grouping objects observed Select September 2003 -2004 in November with coronary heart disease in our hospital’s history of 60 patients with congestive HF. All the cases are in line with New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification criteria [1], functional class to grade Ⅱ ~ Ⅳ. Exclusion criteria: ① rheumatic heart disease, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy caused by other factors such as HF, ② active myocarditis; ③ diabetes and its complications, ④ significant liver and kidney dysfunction. Random divided into 2 groups: treatment group 30 cases, 17 males and 13 females, aged 38 to 76 years (mean 61.9 years) in the control group of 30 patients, 14 males and 16 females, aged 39 to 73 years (mean 62.1 years) .2 patients in age, gender, disease severity was not statistically different. 1.2 Treatment Control group, the conventional treatment, including cardiac glycosides, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), diuretics, nitrates and so on.
