METHODS: Patients with RNS (n = 30) were administrated with benazepril or captopril, prednisone and LMWH for 60 d. Twentyfourhour urine protein excretion, serum albumin, edema, renal function and side effects were observed after treatment. RESULTS: The clinical complete remission rate was 40% (n = 12); the basic remission rate was 40% (n = 12); the partial remission was 13% (n = 4). The overall effective rate was 93%. Most of biochemical index were improved (P amp;lt;0.01), and no obvious side effects were observed. CONCLUSION: ACEI combined with glucocorticoid and LMWH has a favorable shortterm effect with fewer side effects, so it is a promising therapy for RNS.
