Methods From 2000 to 2006 applications coracoclavicular ligament fixation of static or dynamic reconstruction of complete acromioclavicular joint dislocation in 38 cases, including 28 males and 10 females cases were grade dislocation. Results All patients were followed up 6 to 24 months, according to Lazzcano functional evaluation criteria for acromioclavicular joint assessment: excellent in 28 cases, good in 8 cases and poor in 2 cases, the fine rate was 94.7%. Conclusions coracoclavicular ligament fixation of static or dynamic re-meet the physiological anatomy of the acromioclavicular joint, not easy to re-dislocation, long-term good effect.
