Methods: The elective tumor radical surgery in elderly patients 40 patients were randomly divided into AHH amp; CH group ( group), CH group ( group), 20 cases each. anesthetic records were observed moving smoothly after catheter (baseline, T0), began operation immediately (T1), stop the buck 30 min (T2), end of operation immediately (T3) of each point in time the two groups mean arterial pressure (MAP), heart rate (HR) and central venous pressure (CVP), detection of T0 and T1, three time points T3 hemoglobin (Hb) concentration and hematocrit (Hct), serum of each point @ 1 microglobulin (@ 1 MG) concentrations were detected T0, T3 point of plasma urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) value, record buck urine output during the period, Fromme surgical field quality score, the total blood loss and transfusion. Conclusion: The elderly patients with major operations in the application of the tumor combined CH AHH technology and simple CH, able to maintain hemodynamic stability, no significant effect on renal function .
