Adjust respiratory parameters in laparoscopic urological surgery

PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 11 Adjust respiratory parameters in laparoscopic urological surgery 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the urinary system after pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic surgery to adjust respiratory parameters on end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure, and to explore to reduce CO2 pneumoperitoneum induced hypercapnia and other adverse reactions approach. Method of laparoscopic urological surgery in patients with ASA Ⅰ ~ Ⅱ grade 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, A group: each respiratory parameters unchanged; B Group: According to the end-tidal CO2 partial pressure (PET CO2) at any time to adjust respiratory parameters. Monitoring of two PET CO2, airway pressure (Paw). The results of two groups after the PET CO2 pneumoperitoneum in patients with Paw increased as compared with before pneumoperitoneum, but the A group of PET CO2 and Paw increased more apparent; B group PET CO2 basically maintained within normal limits; point difference between the two groups at the same time very significant (P lt;0.01). Conclusion adjust respiratory parameters can reduce the CO2 pneumoperitoneum in laparoscopic surgery because of the elevated PET CO2, reduce the occurrence of the risk of hypercapnia. Keywords: laparoscopic surgery laparoscopic surgery; pneumoperitoneum; respiratory parameters; breathing carbon dioxide partial pressure at the end CO2 pneumoperitoneum in laparoscopic surgery has a certain impact on respiration and circulation, due to CO2 absorption through the peritoneal blood vessels, so that CO2 increase in the body, breathing CO2 partial pressure was significantly higher at the end, prone to cause hypercapnia, and can lead to acid-base imbalance and electrolyte disorder. This anesthesia machine by adjusting the appropriate hyperventilation respiratory parameters in order to increase the amount of body CO2 excluded, so that end-tidal CO2 partial pressure reduction test results will now be reported as follo
