[Results] (1) HE staining: articular cartilage, subchondral bone and synovial tissue damage showed progressive increase over time, making model for 16 weeks articular cartilage damage, structural damage of bone tissue, synovial tissue and swelling. (2), toluidine blue staining: modeling 16 weeks of full-thickness articular cartilage loss of dye. (3) Immunohistochemistry: ① Ⅱ collagen: modeling cartilage cells staining positive for 16 weeks. ② TGF  β1: modeling 16 weeks of chondrocytes staining positive synovial cells staining.
