Earthquakes can be instantaneous destruction of the human living environment, and the effects of various factors, and other synergies, leading to infectious diseases after the earthquake affected areas of morbidity and mortality. To improve the living environment of residents affected areas and prevention of outbreak of infectious diseases after the earthquake the primary objective of the work of health and epidemic prevention. Practice has proved that to take timely and effective preventive measures can make “no big epidemic after the catastrophe.” In this paper, prevalence of infectious diseases after the earthquake disaster prevention countermeasures are reviewed. Major disease outbreak can be avoided by providing effective intervention efforts in a timely and coordinated fashion.
