Methods 40 SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, normal group, aging model group, their later years drinking drug group and negative control group were 10. D-galactose produced by intraperitoneal injection of sub-acute rat model of aging. In each group using ELISA, serum IL-2 and IL-6 levels, while rats of the thymus detected index and phagocytic function of macrophages. The results of aging serum levels of IL-2, thymus index, macrophage phagocytosis, compared with normal rats decreased significantly (P lt;0.05, P lt;0.01), aging serum levels of IL-6 in normal significantly higher than in rats (P lt;0.01). Tiannianyin can significantly increase the aging rat serum IL-2 content, the thymus index and phagocytic function of macrophages (drug in rats compared with the aging model group: P lt;0.01, P lt;0.05); Tiannianyin can significantly reduce the aging of serum IL-6 levels (drug in rats compared with the aging model group: P lt;0.01). Conclusion Tiannianyin can improve cellular immune function in aging rats, with a certain anti-aging effect.
