 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 2 AML-1/ETO gene-related AML-M2 leukemia immune phenotype analysis Author: Zhang Jianjun Du Huang Su-Hua Zhou Maohua new [Abstract] This study investigated the AML / ETO gene rearrangements in FAB classification of AML  M2 bone marrow of patients with immune phenotype characteristics and predictability, as well as with acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) the difference. Application of flow cytometry analysis of 17 cases by fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) detection of AML  1/ETO fusion gene-positive, FAB classification for AML  M2 (M2/ETO) in patients with bone marrow immune phenotype, and with 34 cases of AML  1/ETO negative, FAB classification AML  M3, the clinical diagnosis of APL patients were compared. The results showed that 17 cases of bone marrow of patients in both the visible M2/ETO group (15.89% -68.53%), primitive cells, and a group of high SSC granulocyte heterogeneity. Primitive cells expressed stem cell associated antigen CD34, HLA  DR and the myeloid antigens CD33, CD13, MPO. M2/ETO patients in the CD33 expression level was significantly lower than APL patients (P
